Job Description

Stanton For Congress seeks a self-starting and creative individual to serve as a Finance Associate (FA). This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the finance program for one of the top Congressional campaigns of 2026, while gaining valuable experience in one of the most competitive states in the country.

The FA will work closely with senior finance staff to execute a high-performing fundraising operation. The FA will also assist with and oversee other fundraising tasks as required. This position is ideal for someone with at least one cycle of campaign finance experience.

Job Duties

• Organize and prepare donor information and call sheets for candidate call time

• Staff candidate call time sessions

• Conduct donor research

• Manage donor database

• Track donor contributions

• Assist in managing campaign interns

• Staff political events as needed

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ability to work individually and collectively in a fast-paced and changing environment while adhering to strict event/finance deadlines and campaign finance rules

• Ability to exercise discretion and responsible independent judgment with attention to detail

• Work respectfully, effectively, and tactfully with the public and campaign supporters

• Commitment to the values and ideals of the Democratic Party

Salary:$4500-$5500

Job Requirements

This is a full-time, campaign-cycle position. Individuals applying to be the Finance Associate should have at least one cycle of campaign experience in finance.
