Request For Proposal: Graphic Design

Project 26 Pennsylvania is seeking a graphic designer to create 10 original sticker designs for the 2026 campaign cycle.

About Project 26 Pennsylvania

P26 is a youth-led grassroots organization driving student civic engagement. Named for the 26th Amendment, P26 exists to promote and expand democracy by elevating youth leadership, organizing young voters to participate in key elections, and exercising youth power through civic engagement. We are partners with a number of progressive and left-leaning organizations throughout the Commonwealth.

Stakeholders

RFPs will be evaluated by the following individuals:

  • Aimee Van Cleave, Executive Director

  • Ava Bosco, Deputy Executive Director

  • Eric Leisure, Operations Director

Dates and Deadlines

  • RFPs must be submitted by May 22, 2026 via email to [email protected]

  • All RFPs must include a portfolio or examples of previous graphic design work

  • Selected partners will be notified by May 29, 2026

  • Deadline for all agreed-upon work to be completed is July 1, 2026

Evaluation Criteria

  • RFPs will be evaluated based on cost, scope of work being completed, portfolio, and alignment with organizational values

  • Individuals that have worked with right-leaning/conservative individuals and/or organizations will be automatically disqualified

  • Also note: Project 26 is requiring a commitment to using no generative AI from RFP through completion of work

Scope of Work

The ideal partner will create designs that communicate progressive issues in creative and attention grabbing ways.

Note: Stickers cannot reference any current candidate for office

Budget

RFPs should include an all-in cost proposal as part of their submission
