JOB DESCRIPTION

The Organizing Manager is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing and managing PLAN's organizing strategy, supporting organizers in the field, and working closely with progressive partners and coalitions across Nevada. This role will focus on developing and executing comprehensive organizing strategies that advance PLAN's policy priorities and issue-based advocacy work. The Political Organizing Manager will also play a critical role in coordinating with PLAN’s member group organizations and progressive partners, ensuring that organizing efforts align with PLAN’s long-term vision of a more just, equitable, and sustainable Nevada.
