JOB DESCRIPTION

The Bryan Allen Campaign for HD 18 is seeking qualified individuals to serve as campaign Field Organizers. This is a campaign cycle, in-person, full-time position based in Bucks County, PA.

*Individuals applying for Field Organizer positions do not require prior campaign experience.*

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Recruit and train volunteers in door knocking and phone canvassing

● Knock doors and make phone calls to ensure voter contact goals are met

● Maintain up to date volunteer records

● Ensure data integrity

● Report conversations and field goals to campaign and HDCC staff.

● Staff and represent candidate at events, as needed

SKILLS

● Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment;

● Ability to work effectively and tactfully with the public;

● Excellent oral and written communication skills;

● Commitment to maintaining a Democratic Majority in the PA State House

QUALIFICATIONS:

● A driver’s license, reliable access to a car, and a smartphone are all required to fulfill this role

● Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, with the ability to to lift 30+ pounds

Salary ranges from $4000-$4500 a month and is commensurate with experience. A platinum healthcare plan is offered through HDCC for full time employees.
