JOB DESCRIPTION

Seeking a highly motivated and organized Campaign Manager for a grassroots congressional campaign in Florida’s 6th Congressional District. This is a fast-paced, people-focused campaign centered on community engagement, voter outreach, fundraising growth, volunteer mobilization, and expanding our message across a six-county district.

The Campaign Manager will oversee day-to-day campaign operations and work directly with the candidate to execute strategic priorities, manage scheduling, coordinate field efforts, support fundraising operations, and help grow campaign infrastructure leading into the 2026 election cycle.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing daily campaign operations and helping execute overall campaign strategy

• Coordinating candidate scheduling, events, travel, and public appearances

• Assisting with fundraising efforts, donor outreach, and finance planning

• Helping recruit, organize, and manage volunteers across the district

• Working with consultants, vendors, and campaign staff to maintain campaign goals

• Assisting with communications strategy, rapid response, and media coordination

• Supporting grassroots outreach efforts including canvassing, phone banking, petitioning, and voter engagement

• Building relationships with local leaders, organizations, supporters, and community stakeholders

• Tracking campaign priorities, deadlines, and operational needs in a fast-moving environment

• Helping strengthen the campaign’s digital and field presence across the district

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous campaign, political, nonprofit, advocacy, organizing, communications, or management experience preferred but not required

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently under pressure and adapt quickly

• Passion for grassroots organizing and public service

• Familiarity with fundraising platforms, voter contact tools, social media, or campaign operations is a plus

• Must be dependable, proactive, and mission-driven
