JOB DESCRIPTION
Nolley for Congress is a progressive campaign challenging incumbent Darin La Hood in Illinois’ 16th district. We are a lean, grassroots operation looking for a Finance Director who is self motivated, organized, and committed to building a sustainable, professional fundraising operation to fuel this campaign.
This is a full-time, paid position beginning ASAP and running through November 3, 2026. The campaign is based in Rockford with a preference for candidates that can be in the district at least part time.
Salary Range:$4,500-$5,500/month, dependent on experience; Healthcare Stipend monthly
Key Duties:

Managing call time -- staffing the principal during, logging all activity in NGP/Numero, building call sheets ahead of time, following up with daily call time contacts

Building and maintaining a strong call time system

Managing and executing a research plan to build out the campaign’s fundraising database

Managing pledge tracking and donor follow-up

Assisting with other fundraising needs as they arise

Assisting with event-building and set up

Building out and supervising a finance internship program

Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-
1+ cycles of campaign finance experience is preferred
-
Knowledge of Google Suite and Excel is ** required**, experience with NGP/Numero is preferred

Must have strong written and communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and highly organized

Time management skills are a must

Ability to work long and irregular hours, including nights and weekends

Strong team player and a positive attitude

Donor prospecting and research experience preferred
