JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Attending regularly scheduled staff meetings with Agave Field Director and campaign leads

  • Executing a training plan for all field staff

  • Verification of field staff hours

  • Reporting comprehensive field event metrics and efficacy to staff

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous campaign field experience, including VAN turf and list creation, canvassing, community organizing, and voter outreach

  • Experience leading organizers

  • Experience executing a campaign plan or parts of a campaign plan

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and perspectives

  • Proactive, positive, reliable and punctual

  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required

  • Must work evenings and weekends

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Must be registered to vote in the state of Arizona and meet the requirements of a qualified elector
