  • Process and evaluate all scheduling requests in coordination with department heads and the Campaign Manager.

  • Manage scheduling conflicts and re-prioritize as needed based on campaign strategy.

  • Maintain the candidate’s long-term scheduling calendar and coordinate travel logistics.

  • Serve as a gatekeeper for the candidate’s time, ensuring alignment with campaign priorities.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities diplomatically and make sound judgment calls.

  • Comfort working directly with a candidate and senior staff.

  • Proficiency with scheduling and calendar management tools.

What Success Looks Like

The Scheduling Director will be measured by the efficient use of the candidate’s time, the smooth execution of the daily schedule, and the ability to balance competing demands while keeping the candidate focused on the highest-impact activities.
