JOB DESCRIPTION
-Manage and provide access to various campaign software, and onboard
individuals to each platform
-Serve as the point of contact for all headquarter needs, including supplies and
deliveries
-Assist the Operations Department with facilitating statewide supply audits and
reorders, including delivering to field offices.
-Track expenses incurred by the Operations Department on specific projects and
events, update budget trackers, and inform leadership of changing environments
-Conduct ad-hoc research for the Operations Department
-Assist the Operations Department with drafting new HR, finance, and operational
policies
-Ad hoc projects as assigned by the Operations Department
