**Location:** Several office locations across the state of Oregon.
Salary: $5,465-$6,500 monthly plus generous benefits
Duration: This is a full time, temporary, in-person position that runs through November 7th, 2026. This is an exempt, managerial role.
The Democratic Party of Oregon is hiring experienced, top-quality Regional Field Directors for its campaign to elect Democrats up and down the ballot in Oregon.
The ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented and responsible self-starters with proven leadership and management skills, and who can adapt to a changing campaign environment.
Duties include but are not limited to:

Executing the statewide field strategy and plan within your region.

Motivating and supervising a team of field organizers on a daily basis.

Assisting candidates and surrogate events within your region.

Ensuring field staff and field programs comply with campaign finance rules and requirements.

Building and engaging a diverse network of supportive organizations and individuals to support campaigns.

Working with a variety of different campaigns on meeting goals.

All other duties as assigned.
Preferred:
-
1 to 2 years campaign experience.

Experience with Voter Activation Network (VAN) or Vote Builder.

Excellent communication skills, including public speaking, writing, and interpersonal communication.

Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Required:

Experience training and managing field organizers and volunteers.

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Great organizational and communications skills with a strong commitment to follow-up.

Strategic thinking and planning abilities.

Ability to execute strategic goals and work effectively with federal, state and local leaders.

Ability to track and report regional field activity in a clear and consistent structure.

Experience working directly with people from diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds with a proven commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative team culture for others.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed to meet the demands of the campaign.

Regular access to a vehicle with the ability to travel throughout the region assigned.
