A busy Los Angeles political consulting firm is seeking a smart, organized, and creative Campaigns Associate to help support clients throughout Los Angeles and across California.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys politics, works quickly, pays attention to details, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly. Things move very fast here, and responsiveness matters.

Responsibilities

Draft and schedule social media posts

Create professional and engaging graphics for social media, invitations, and campaign materials

Conduct research and build outreach lists

Assist with campaign and fundraising events

Help manage day-to-day campaign activity and special projects

Respond quickly to client and campaign needs

The Right Candidate

Exceptional attention to detail (spelling and grammar matter)

Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Express experience is a plus)

Comfortable interacting with clients and campaign stakeholders

Able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines

Reliable, responsive, and resourceful

Works with a sense of urgency and does not need constant supervision

Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities often shift

Political experience is helpful, but good judgment, common sense, and the ability to learn quickly are even more important.

Applicants must have reliable transportation and be able to travel locally as needed. Our clients are located throughout Los Angeles and across California.

Compensation starts at $25 per hour with a guaranteed 20 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours as needed.
