JOB DESCRIPTION

Empower Women and Youth PAC (EWAYPAC) is a Gen Z–led federal political action committee committed to electing Democratic women, empowering young leaders, and strengthening civic engagement nationwide. As a growing grassroots organization, we focus on fundraising, candidate support, digital organizing, voter outreach, and building the next generation of political leadership.

We are seeking a ** Director of Fundraising & Finance** (title flexible based on experience) to lead and expand EWAYPAC’s fundraising strategy. This role is primarily responsible for building sustainable revenue streams, growing our donor base, and increasing both small-dollar and major donor contributions to support our mission and endorsed candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute all fundraising strategy for EWAYPAC

  • Develop and manage donor outreach systems and pipelines

  • Build relationships with individual donors, grassroots supporters, and potential major contributors

  • Create and implement digital fundraising campaigns (email, social media, text, etc.)

  • Identify and pursue new fundraising opportunities, partnerships, and networks

  • Track fundraising performance and provide regular reports on revenue goals and growth

  • Collaborate with leadership on campaign finance strategy and budgeting priorities

  • Strengthen recurring donation programs and long-term donor engagement

  • Help scale the organization’s financial infrastructure as it grows

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, strategic, and experienced in fundraising, development, political finance, organizing, or donor relations. Strong candidates may come from campaign environments, nonprofit development, advocacy organizations, or political consulting.

Experience with donor outreach, fundraising events, digital fundraising platforms, or managing financial growth systems is highly valued. Established political or community networks are a strong plus.

This is a ** performance-based position** with significant opportunities for advancement as EWAYPAC grows. Compensation is tied to fundraising success and organizational performance. Individuals who can demonstrate strong fundraising results and donor network development will be especially competitive for this role.

Empower Women and Youth PAC is proud to be an equal opportunity organization. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and consider all qualified candidates without regard to race, color, religion, creed, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
