JOB DESCRIPTION

Jeremy Moss for Congress is hiring Field Organizers to join our fast-paced campaign in Michigan’s 11th District. This role will be critical in executing a robust voter contact and volunteer engagement program in the heart of Oakland County.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and retain volunteers to participate in campaign activities.

• Conduct regular voter contact through canvassing, phone banking, and community events.

• Plan and execute canvass launches, phone banks, and other organizing activities

• Build relationships with local leaders, organizations, and community stakeholders

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Organizing Director and campaign leadership

Qualifications

• Proficiency in VAN and other digital organizing tools

• Excellent organization, management, and interpersonal skills, and multicultural competence

• Must have a personal vehicle and current drivers license

Details

• Based in Oakland County, Michigan

• Salary range is $5,000-5,500/month, commensurate with experience

• Required to work irregular hours and weekends.
