The Gary Hartfield for Tampa Mayor campaign is seeking a highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented Call Time Manager to oversee and execute the campaign's principal call time program. This role is critical to ensuring the campaign meets its fundraising goals and maintains strong relationships with donors, supporters, and stakeholders.

The Call Time Manager will work closely with the Finance Director, campaign leadership, and Gary Hartfield to manage daily call time operations, donor follow-up, fundraising logistics, and principal scheduling related to finance activities. This is an immediate-start position based in Tampa, Florida. Temporary supporter housing and relocation assistance are available for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities**

Manage and staff the candidate's call time program in person.


Oversee the call time operation from start to finish, ensuring consistency, discipline, and efficiency.


Manage donor databases, including data entry, list maintenance, prospect research, and data cleaning.


Coordinate closely with the Finance Director and campaign leadership to meet fundraising goals.


Track pledges, manage follow-up schedules, and support donor conversion efforts.


Assist with donor outreach and engagement, including scheduling and staffing donor meetings, fundraising events, and finance-related activities.


Lead and manage the campaign's thank-you note and donor acknowledgment program.


Serve as a body person for the candidate as needed, ensuring Gary Hartfield is prepared, on time, and supported during call time blocks, donor meetings, fundraising events, and other campaign activities.


Coordinate briefing materials, call sheets, donor research, and fundraising tracking documents.


Support the campaign with additional fundraising, political, and administrative projects as assigned.

Qualifications**

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced campaign environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.


Ability to maintain discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality when working with donors and campaign leadership.


Comfortable working flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.


Must possess a valid driver's license, have access to a reliable vehicle, and be willing to travel as required.

At least one campaign cycle of call time or finance experience is strongly desired but not required.


Strong organizational skills and ability to manage fundraising systems and follow-up processes.
