JOB DESCRIPTION
● Design and implement a data driven, efficient field plan for the general election including
persuasion and GOTV plans.
● Recruit, train, and manage Field Organizers and volunteers for door-knocking and phone banking
events.
● Lead virtual and in-person volunteer events and act as a point-person for campaign supporters.
● Create and execute peer-to-peer texting campaigns, and lead the campaign’s engagement
with supporters in online communities.
● Staff the candidate at public events as needed.
