JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Take ownership of and execute a finance plan for the 2026 cycle.

  • Develop realistic goals and fundraising projections for the campaign, including call time, events, PAC, digital, and direct mail projections.

  • Identify potential donor prospects for the campaign, and work to develop and maintain donor relationships for the campaign.

  • Manage the Call Time Manager and Finance Assistant and hire additional finance staff as needed.

  • Build an in-state and national fundraising events program and manage relationships with event hosts.

  • Track and report weekly fundraising numbers and maintain an accurate finance plan.

  • Coordinate with fundraising consultants, as well as partner organizations.

  • Work with compliance team to ensure efficient processing and reporting of contributions.

  • Other duties as assigned.
