Call Time Manager Job Description
Location: Eau Claire, WI
Manager: Finance Director
Salary: $4000-$5000 a month, commensurate with experience
Rebecca Cooke for Congress is seeking a full-time Call Time Manager to help lead fundraising for one of the most competitive congressional races in the country. Rebecca Cooke is a small business owner, nonprofit founder, and daughter of an Eau Claire dairy farmer running to represent Wisconsin’s Third Congressional District. This position is central to the campaign’s finance operation and will work closely with the Finance Director to build and run the candidate’s call time program and finance events.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the finance team to meet fundraising goals
Oversee the call time program, including preparing call time lists, staffing, and conducting follow-up
Assist with event building and lead on invitation creation
Staff in-person finance events with the candidate and campaign team
Other duties as assigned
Daily Tasks:
Staff and manage call time with the candidate
Assist in event-building calls for finance events and manage the RSVP process for all events
Staff the principal for finance and political events
Assist in the creation of memos with the rest of the finance team
Qualifications:
Previous campaign or finance/fundraising experience preferred, but not required
A true self-starter who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong problem solver
Excellent time management skills
Strong conversation skills with the ability to greet and build rapport with donors through virtual correspondence and in-person fundraising
Ability to work non-traditional hours as needed
