WTD ASAP: Senior Level PartTime Progressive app developer/cofounder, possible CTO for Democracy & Planet Saving NextGeneration Movement Organizing Platform

You would be paired with an existing or another senior level developer to create a NextGeneration Movement Organizing/Mobilizing Platform called WiseCourage, which is comprised of two game-changer progressive web apps and one other tool already proven to be able to catalyze moral courage at scale!

_This platform and its progressive web-apps are URGENT, because, based on the best research as to the best most winnable strategy required to have the best chance to end fascist regimes, it is clear that 1) our innovative organizing/ mobili- zing tools will be absolutely essential to achieve that strategy. Similarly they are urgent and essential to prevent the worst of the now predicted catastrophic climate collapse scenarios now horrifically accelerated by the Trump Regime. 2) _ TMK no other activist techies are working on developing such tools. Here is the short one pager description of the three tools that comprise the platform, one already proven.

QUALIFICATIONS

Motivation: As you know, innovative tech projects are almost impossible to fund until achieving a POC/MVP. So we obviously only want cofounders devoted to ending fascism, imperialism, racism, grotesque wealth inequality, and the ecocide of the planet and who believe in the potential power of massive scale nonviolent resistance, and who therefore willing to work for far less than market rates, at least for three months. Our founder, non paid himself, has been a fundraiser off and on for decades, and has raised nearly $2M for 4 progressive startups, garnering several national first place awards, as well as major press in the NYT, WAPO, LA TImes etc. SF Chronicle, etc

Senior level preferred, have strong architecture and AI Use skills,

Time: 10-20hrs/wk

Location: America based preferred, but open to other nations.

Pluses but not required: A contact with either 1) a Los Angeles/Hollywood based activist-hearted producer or aspiring producer, director or actor to help launch ACTtoProtect, our other big project, that could bring in medium 6 figures to fully fund, promote, distribute our platform; or with 2) a talented social media director with entre to influencers or with 3) a potential co-Exec Director with entre to high ups in election protection organizations; or with

4. one or more progressive wealthy donors.

TECH SKILLS:

The two primary skills involved are nodeJS and PayloadCMS or alternative CMS and of course REACT. We already have an engineer friend who will handle Stripe integration.

COMPENSATION: Negotiable. 1) We have so far $22k for the engineers, plus $5k for our top notch UI/UX designer who will do all the frontend coding as well, (most of the design already completed), plus $5-7k for social media and partner finder, and 2) ** another $10k bonus** once we have our first 100 success stories for AdoptAnOrganizer or a major union wanting to use MAMA. Having been a fundraiser much of my life, we are confident that at least $200,000 can be reached, once we have a successfully tested MVP, given the critical state of the nation (democracy on life support and planet rapidly heading to worst of predicted climate collapse scenarios), once the traction continues and we land at least one progressive large member organization partners.
