Description Dan Osborn For Senate is seeking Field Organizers to work on this key U.S. Senate campaign. Field Organizers will recruit, train, and manage volunteers to expand the campaign's volunteer network and execute voter contact tactics designed to turn out voters for Dan Osborn. The monthly salary for this position is $4,000.
Responsibilities
● Recruit, manage, and train volunteers for direct voter contact, including door-to-door canvassing, high-traffic canvassing, voter registration, and relational organizing
● Execute visibility events to educate voters and recruit new volunteers
● Meet daily, weekly, and phase goals for capacity building and voter contact within your assigned region; maintain data integrity throughout
● Develop strong relationships with local leaders, grassroots organizers, and key activists
● Serve as a point of contact for local offices
● Other responsibilities as needed
Requirements
● Nebraska ties are a strong plus
● Prior experience as an intern or organizer on another campaign, or equivalent customer service background
● Ability to live and work in-person within your assigned coverage area
● Ability to meet tight deadlines and problem-solve effectively under pressure
● Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle required
● Ability to work long hours, including evenings and weekends
● Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of staff
This is a full-time position based in Nebraska – we have offices in Omaha, Kearney, and Lincoln.
