We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Associate to join our growing team and help deliver high-impact results for our clients.

Position Overview

The Associate/Senior Associate will play a critical role across multiple client projects, supporting campaign strategy, operations, and fundraising initiatives. This position requires excellent communication, organization, and research skills, as well as a passion for electing progressive leaders. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for client campaigns, including scheduling, project tracking, and document management.

  • Assist with fundraising operations, including donor research, list management, and contribution tracking.

  • Staff call time, donor follow-up, crafting scripts, and training on the best practices for call time.

  • Conduct political and policy research to support client strategy and messaging.

  • Draft briefing materials, talking points, and follow-up communications for candidates and clients.

  • Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and campaign initiatives.

  • Maintain and update CRMs (NGP, ActBlue, or comparable systems) and other tracking tools.

  • Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, vendors, and campaign partners.

  • Contribute to internal systems and processes to improve efficiency and consistency across the firm.

Qualifications

  • Experience in political campaigns and/or organizations

  • Strong preference for individuals with previous campaign finance and fundraising experience.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and campaign databases (NGP, ActBlue, or similar).

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

  • Commitment to progressive values and electing diverse, community-driven candidates.

  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Preferred But Not Required

  • Experience with campaign fundraising and finance operations

  • Familiarity with donor databases, CRMs, and/or dialers, such as NGP, RaiseMore, Numero, etc.

  • Graphic design or data visualization skills are a plus.
