JOB DESCRIPTION

Core Responsibilities

• Implement the organizing program: Own the management, strategy, and execution of the campaign’s voter outreach program in the assigned region with the Organizing Director.

• Achieve daily and weekly metrics: Consistently meet voter contact and volunteer recruitment goals through calls and canvassing.

• Build community connections: Connect with key leaders and organizations in assigned region, supporting the efforts of friendly organizations and integrating their work with the campaign.

• Manage the campaign fellows: Train and supervise a team of campaign fellows, setting clear expectations and holding the team accountable to its goals.

• Recruit and develop volunteers: Recruit, train, and manage volunteers to expand the campaign’s voter contact capacity and achieve its organizing goals.
