About the Campaign
Congressman Steven Horsford's reelection campaign is seeking motivated students and emerging leaders to join our team as ** Campaign Fellows**. This fellowship is designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience in political campaigns while building practical skills in voter outreach, organizing, communications, and campaign operations.
Whether you're interested in public service, politics, advocacy, communications, or nonprofit work, this fellowship offers an opportunity to learn directly from experienced campaign professionals while contributing to one of the nation's most competitive congressional races.
What You'll Do
Campaign Fellows will participate in a variety of campaign activities, including:

Conducting direct voter contact through canvassing, phone banking, and text banking

Assisting with voter registration and community outreach efforts

Supporting campaign events, town halls, and volunteer activities

Recruiting and engaging volunteers

Learning how voter databases and campaign technology are used to organize outreach

Assisting with campaign office operations and administrative projects

Participating in campaign trainings and strategy discussions

Collaborating with organizers and campaign leadership on field priorities

Campaign Fellows receive:
