Location: Manhattan

Manager: Senior Compliance Manager

Salary: $5,525 to $6,000 monthly (commensurate with experience)

Friends for Kathy Hochul is seeking a full-time Compliance Associate for the campaign of New York State’s first female Governor, Kathy Hochul. The role is responsible for supporting fundraising compliance and supporting financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with donors to collect required compliance forms

• Track and maintain accurate records of outstanding and received documentation

• Review incoming forms for completeness and flag any corrections or missing information needed

• Support contribution processing

• Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

• Prior compliance, fundraising, or campaign experience a plus, but not required

• Strong phone and email communication skills; comfortable with high-volume outreach

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality

• Comfort with, and ability to learn, new software or databases; Experience with NGP or QuickBooks a plus, but not required
