JOB DESCRIPTION

Purpose

Adds field and support capacity for the fall GOTV (Get Out The Vote) peak. Executes contact volume goals and provides the day-to-day organizational support that keeps the field program moving.

Scope

• Execute GOTV field and phone-bank contact goals

• Recruit and turn out volunteers for cycle activities

• Support EP and KYR events on the ground

• Carry organizing support and logistics: member contact, list and contact logging, event setup, basic tracker upkeep

• Hand off cleanly to regional organizers so relationships persist past the term

Qualifications

• 1+ years organizing, field, or campaign experience, or strong transferable community experience

• Reliable with contact logging, basic data, and tracker upkeep

• Available through the November term

• Directly impacted experience valued
