JOB DESCRIPTION

State Senator J.D. Ford’s campaign for Indiana’s Fifth Congressional District is seeking a full-time Deputy Finance Director. .

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in campaign fundraising and managing call time;

• Extremely organized and detail-oriented;

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to work effectively with the candidate, campaign team, and campaign supporters.

• Experience and proficiency with ActBlue, Google Suite, and Numero or comparable CRM’s.

• Flexible schedule, availability to work on weeknights and weekends.

Job roles and duties:

• Set weekly call time goals and hold yourself and team accountable for those goals.

• Oversee call time staff and persons, including interns, performing donor research for call time; assist with call time.

• Conduct pledge follow-ups;

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and other required campaign financial tracking;

• Work with current and potential campaign partners, including PACs, to increase funding;

• Develop and execute a strategy to increase grassroots donations;

• Manage donor database;

• Manage the thank you note process; and

• Other duties as assigned.

Additional Information

• Salary is $4,000 - $4,500 per month (depending on experience)

• Start Date: Immediate

• This is a full time position and will require evening and weekend work.
