JOB DESCRIPTION

The Field Organizer will help build a strong grassroots campaign through door-to-door canvassing, voter outreach, and volunteer engagement. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and being active in the community.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing and engage voters about the campaign.

• Identify supporters and potential volunteers.

• Accurately record voter contacts and feedback.

• Meet daily and weekly voter-contact goals.

• Represent the campaign professionally at doors and community events.

• Provide regular updates to campaign leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable talking with people from diverse backgrounds.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to walk and work outdoors.

• Ability to work weekends.

• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.

• Campaign or canvassing experience is helpful but ** not required**.
