Blue Victory Communications is seeking a full-time Political Graphic Designer to join our team for the 2026 general election. This is a temporary, fully remote position beginning August 24, 2026 and running through November 1, 2026.
The ideal candidate is a strong designer who understands that good political design isn't just about making something look great, it's about communicating a clear message quickly and effectively. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced campaign environment, managing multiple projects at once, responding to feedback, and producing high-quality work on tight deadlines.
This role is full-time, salaried, and fully remote. Salary starts at $3,000 per month, depending on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

Design direct mail pieces and other campaign literature for Democratic candidates, elected officials, PACs, and political organizations across Texas.

Prepare print-ready files and work with the team to ensure designs meet production and mailing specifications.

Create digital advertising, social media graphics, and other campaign creative as needed.

Incorporate feedback and revisions from clients and internal team members quickly and accurately.

Maintain consistency with campaign branding across print and digital materials.

Collaborate with communications, strategy, and production teams to develop creative concepts and execute them from initial idea through final production.

Maintain organized project files and ensure final creative assets are properly prepared and delivered.
Requirements

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills.

Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and incorporating feedback.
Preferred Qualifications

Previous campaign, advocacy, or electoral design experience.

Familiarity with print production and preparing files for commercial printing.

Understanding of the Texas political landscape.
