Fran Hurley 2026 Campaign Internship

Hours required: 10-20 Weekly

Positions open: 4

Pay: $20-25 / hour

Working hours: 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Office location: 10402 S Western Ave, Chicago, IL 60643

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License

• Reliable Transportation

• Smartphone

Duties:

• Direct Voter Contact through texting, phone calls and canvassing

• Assist with campaign targeting and coordinated canvassing efforts

• In-house mail programs

• Date Entry

Takeaways from internship

• How a political campaign runs and functions

• How to use proprietary voter data software

• Make connections in Illinois politics

For Fran Hurley’s 2026 campaign, we are looking for motivated individuals wishing to work hard and make a name for themselves. You will get as much out of this internship as you put in. This is a great way to open doors for yourself and get started in Illinois politics. We are extremely flexible with class schedules, we just require that you work a minimum of 10 hours per week.
