JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties:

• Assist with call time staffing and preparation;

• Coordinate with finance department to conduct donor research;

• Track pledges from donors;

• Staff the candidate at events as needed;

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Willing to relocate to the West Palm Beach area for the campaign;

• 1+ cycles of campaign experience OR a relevant internship experience is preferred but not required;

• Basic knowledge of Google Suite and Excel;

• Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail;

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn;

• Ability to work evenings and weekends;

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation;

• Experience with Numero is preferred, but not required;

• Experience with NGP is preferred, but not required.
