The successful candidate will combine research, content creation, and product feedback to make the tool easier and more valuable for everyday academic work.

Key Responsibilities

• Create practical guides and educational content about citations, references, and academic formatting.

• Research APA and other citation styles to ensure published information remains accurate.

• Test the Citation Generator with different source types, including books, websites, reports, journals, and videos.

• Identify areas where users may experience confusion and suggest improvements to the tool.

• Develop tutorials, FAQs, and tips that help new users understand citation generation.

• Work with the content team to produce clear and engaging materials for the website.

• Monitor common citation-related questions and turn them into useful educational resources.

Requirements
