Justice Democrats seeks a Part-Time Research Fellow for our Candidate Recruitment work. This position's manager is the Candidate Recruitment Manager. They will also work with other members of our team doing outreach for specific research projects pertaining to candidate recruitment. Application deadline is July 14 2024.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying people and organizations working on the ground in a district to solve the most urgent problems and finding their contact information.
• Additional research projects as related to Candidate Recruitment
• Maintaining our smartsheet database.
• Ideally - helping create reports and dashboards on smartsheet

Qualifications:

• Some experience researching political data as a volunteer or staff
• Demonstrated commitment to progressive causes
• Experience working with Smartsheets (not required)
• Both collaborative and self-motivated. You will be given clear weekly assignments in this role, and expected to complete them in a timely manner and communicate if you need additional information or support.

Information about the role:

• This is a short-term hourly employee position
• The position is remote, and you can be based anywhere in the US with a solid internet connection.
• Pay is $20/hr for up to 20 hours a week
• The position will run for 9 weeks from your start date.
• We are aiming for a start date of July 29th 2024
