The Gay & Lesbian Victory Fund and Institute is the only national organization dedicated to increasing the number of openly LGBT elected officials at all levels of government. Since 1991, the Victory Fund and its national donor network have helped hundreds of openly LGBT candidates win election to local, state, and federal offices. Since 1993, the Victory Institute has worked to achieve full equality for LGBT people by building, supporting, and advancing a diverse network of LGBT public leaders.
