Job Overview:

Liftoff Campaigns is hiring a Data Associate to serve as a key member of our team. The Data Associate and plays a critical role in supporting our clients and in addition to work as assigned, is generally responsible for the following:

• Creating and updating dashboards
• Cleaning, reformatting, and cutting contact lists based on contact attributes
• Troubleshooting and checking that results on dashboards are accurate
• Ad hoc data requests and analysis projects as needed

Experience we look for:

• Passion for good causes, whether candidates or other;
• 3-6 years of work experience with at least 1 campaign cycle of experience in a dedicated email fundraising role;
• 1+ year of experience with SQL at a basic to intermediate level (aggregating columns, joining tables, data cleaning);
• 1+ year of experience with Python at a basic to intermediate level (experience with common libraries such as Pandas and NumPy is a plus);
• 1+ years of experience with Google Sheets or Excel;
• Experience with Looker or Tableau;
• Ability to independently troubleshoot technical issues and excellent quantitative reasoning skills;
• The ability to juggle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment;
• This is a good opportunity for someone seeking an entry-level data role who is eager to make contributions as part of a mission-driven team. Previous political experience is a plus!

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is $58,000 - $68,000.
