Team 46 Campaign Manager
Team 46 – Senate President Bill Ferguson, Delegate Luke Clippinger, Delegate Robbyn Lewis, and Delegate Mark Edelson – is seeking enthusiastic, organized, and dedicated applicants to serve as campaign manager for the 2026 Election cycle. This person will serve as the leader of a grassroots organizing effort in District 46, and will also work to lead the 2026 campaign efforts of Team 46. The position start date is between September 15 and October 1, 2025 through July 1, 2026 (possibly extending through November 2026).
This person will be tasked with establishing and overseeing day-to-day operations of a grassroots effort and coordinated campaign for the four candidates, and will also be responsible for working with the candidates to draft a strategic campaign plan. This person will manage volunteers, serve as a spokesperson, and manage relationships with consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide the day-to-day organizing structure to a new grassroots organizing effort in District 46, and plan monthly outreach events (including volunteer events, trainings, policy discussions, etc.)
- Develop, oversee, and implement a campaign plan to re-elect the Team 46 Slate in the June 2026 Primary Election
- Work with treasurer to ensure finance reports for the Team 46 Slate are filed timely and accurately
- Logistics coordination
- Data entry as needed
- Doorknocking, phone calling, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
1) Three years or more experience with political campaigns, organizing and/or issue advocacy
2) Creative, dynamic and engaging personality, can work independently and inspire a team
3) Strong sense of political strategy and judgment, adapts quickly to a changing environment
4) Organized, good attention to detail, holds self and others accountable to timelines and performance; Able to keep a level head in a fast-paced environment
5) Excellent time-management and organizational skills; reliable and responsible
6) Dedicated to creating a better City and State for all Marylanders
Salary: Salary commensurate with experience, up to $7,000 per month.
