Job Title: Paid Field Intern
Campaign Type: Democratic Primary Campaign
Dates: May 1, 2026 – June 24, 2026
Compensation: $1,800 flat stipend upon successful completion
Expected Commitment: Approximately 15 hours per week

About the Role
Our campaign is hiring Paid Field Interns to help power a fast-paced, people-centered field
program during the most important stretch of the election. This is a hands-on opportunity for
students and young leaders who want real campaign experience and are ready to help contact
voters directly.
Field Interns will play a central role in our voter outreach program through phonebanking,
canvassing, and volunteer recruitment. This is a working internship for people who are
dependable, motivated, and excited to be part of a campaign team.

Responsibilities
● Make phone calls to voters for persuasion, identification, turnout, and event recruitment
● Participate in canvassing shifts and talk directly with voters in the field
● Help recruit and confirm volunteers for campaign events, canvasses, and phonebanks
● Follow up with supporters and volunteers to improve turnout and participation
● Accurately track outreach and report results to campaign staff
● Attend assigned shifts consistently and communicate clearly with supervisors

● Ability to work well in a team environment
● Prior campaign experience is welcome but not required
