Job Title: Senior Field Intern

Compensation: $2,200 flat stipend upon successful completion
Expected Commitment: Approximately 15 hours per week, with some early onboarding

About the Role
Our campaign is hiring two Senior Field Interns to begin in mid-April and help lead the early
ramp-up of our internship program. Senior Interns will support voter outreach work just like the
rest of the intern team, while also taking on modest additional responsibility in onboarding, team
support, and early field preparation.
This is a great role for someone who wants deeper campaign experience and is ready to help
set the tone for the broader intern class.

Responsibilities
● Participate in core field work including phonebanking, canvassing, and volunteer
recruitment
● Help support onboarding and early training for the intern class
● Model strong habits, reliability, and campaign professionalism
● Assist staff with early program ramp-up and intern support
● Help maintain strong communication and accountability within the team
● Serve as a peer leader for other interns during the program

● Prior campaign or organizing experience is helpful, but not required
