About the Program: Movement Labs is launching 'Beers & Ballots,' an innovative program designed to leverage blue-state volunteers for swing-state voter impact.
Beers & Ballots staff and volunteers go to bars showing football games for swing state teams, then buy patrons a drink who help mobilize their swing state friends to vote.
About the Role: We are seeking dynamic, scrappy, dedicated, and goal-oriented Organizing Fellows to support Beers & Ballots in their respective city.
About the Role:
We are seeking passionate Organizing Fellows for our Beers & Ballots initiative. This program is an in-person canvassing effort designed to leverage blue-state volunteers for battleground-state voter impact. As a Fellow, you will be responsible for supporting the recruiting, training, and managing of a team of volunteers. This position is 20-35 hours a week. Pay is $20 an hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage volunteers.
- Hit targets given by the Field Organizer.
- Engage bar patrons.
- Track and report accurate data.
- Support the overall effort of the Beers & Ballots field operations.
- Others duties as assigned.
