Coordinated Campaign Director

The NSDP is currently seeking a top-tier, self-motivated, and innovative Coordinated Campaign Director. This person will oversee, support and ensure coordination between all partner campaign teams on the ballot in 2026 in Nevada while executing large scale voter contact and GOTV programs across the state of Nevada on behalf of NSDP. This is a full-time position based in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Coordinated Campaign Director will oversee all day-to-day operations of the 2026 Coordinated Campaign; overseeing coordinated staff; and report directly to the NSDP Executive Director.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Work with staff and partners to develop a coordinated campaign strategy, including all aspects of organizing, direct voter contact, and voter protection
- Hire and manage senior staff of the coordinated campaign
- Manage the coordinated campaign budget
- Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders, including campaigns, national and state committees, and local and state parties
- Provide regular reports and updates about the work of the coordinated campaign to committees, key stakeholders, and campaigns
- Create and implement accountability structures that ensure the program and staff consistently grow and develop over the course of the cycle
Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 4 cycles of campaign experience and at least 2 cycles in a management role.
- Nevada ties and / or battleground state experience
- Intentionality when developing a thriving, healthy internal team culture
- Demonstrated skill at setting and communicating priorities
- Familiarity with Federal and State financial compliance
- Experience with field or organizing (such as targeting, training, voter identification, and get-out-the-vote drives)
- Record of working with national, state and local political partners engaged in electoral strategies and programs
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively and clearly communicate with different types of stakeholders, from high level elected officials to grassroots activists
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Ability to move to Las Vegas, Nevada by March 15, 2026
