Position: Call Time Manager
Reports to: Deputy Finance Director
Location: Las Vegas, NV (In-District by July 15)
Salary: $4,000 – $5,000 per month
Format: Hybrid

Description:

Nicole Cannizzaro for Attorney General is looking to hire a full-time Call Time Manager to help bolster fundraising efforts. The Call Time Manager will report to the Deputy Finance Director and interface with the Principal directly and often.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the candidate’s call time, including leading a system that begins with donor research, developing call sheets, staffing the call time sessions with the Principal, and conducting timely follow-up with prospective donors and pledges.
• Provide a daily report of call time results
• Assist in the execution and staffing of fundraisers and other campaign events
• Other duties as assigned, including but not limited to check processing, thank you notes, and CRM management

Qualifications

• Demonstrated interest in politics and Democratic campaigns
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Access to reliable transportation (and a valid driver’s license)
• A desire to learn and grow campaign skillsets
• Proficiency in Google Suite

Compensation

• Salary: $4,000 – $5,000 per month
• Healthcare premium covered by campaign
• Hours: Full-time position. This position’s schedule will vary based on the needs of the campaign and point in the cycle. Some evening and weekend work is likely to be necessary over the course of the cycle
