New Blue Interactive Digital Creative Account Coordinators function as an entry-level position on our advertising team. Creative Coordinators work on multiple clients with multiple team leads and produce creative content, edit videos, graphics, write ad copy, develop website content, as well as regularly interface with clients.
Relevant Skills
Must have a passion for progressive causes and Democratic candidates and want to be a part of an award-winning team.
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and team leads.
Strong ability in design skills, writing, and ability to adapt to different styles and voices.
Graphic design experience with Adobe design products, Canva and/or similar products required.
Video editing and some motion graphics experience preferred.
Website development experience preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Strong problem-solving skills, and ability to change direction if needed.
Eagerness to “always be learning” and able to learn quickly and on the fly.
Need to have a keen eye for detail and an excellent ability to proofread.
Meta/Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and programmatic advertising experience are a plus, but not required.
Experience managing a social media account (Facebook/Instagram/Twitter) is helpful, but not required.
Day to day duties may include but are not limited to:
Design creative advertising content both static and video.
Create and edit website design content.
Potentially write copy for fundraising and persuasion campaigns.
Participate in weekly conference calls with clients.
Responsibility for proofreading and other quality assurance checks to ensure content is free of typos and other errors.
Responsibility on proofreading advertising campaigns to ensure campaigns are free of typos and other errors.
Coordinate with other staff, interns and contract consultants to ensure the best work product is delivered to clients.
Thoroughly understand and utilize Google Drive and Slack for document sharing.
Track breaking news and topical issues for use in client messaging.
May utilize social networking platforms to deliver client messaging and for other purposes.
Participate in training seminars and/or webinars as required.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Salary ranges from $50k – $60k, based on experience and qualifications. Raises, bonuses and profit sharing are also available in accordance with our Collective Bargaining Agreement.
