Call Time Associate Job Description
Location: Manhattan
Manager: Call Time Manager
Salary: $5,200 to $5,400 monthly (commensurate with experience)

Friends for Kathy Hochul is seeking a full-time Call Time Associate to assist with
fundraising for the campaign of New York State’s first female Governor, Kathy
Hochul. This position will be primarily focused on assisting the Governor’s Call Time
operation.
Responsibilities:
● Assists Call Time Manager with scheduling the principals call time
● Prepare call sheets for call time operation
● Staff the Governor and LG candidate’s call time, take detailed notes, and follow
up with donors
● Assist with processing and vetting of contributions received
● Manage the upkeep and maintenance of the NGP donor database
● Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
● Previous campaign or finance/fundraising experience preferred
● A true self-starter who is highly organized, detail-oriented,
and a problem solver
● Excellent time management skills
● Strong conversation skills with the ability to greet and converse with
donors through virtual correspondence and in-person fundraising
● Ability to work non-traditional hours as needed
● Required systems knowledge: GoogleSheets and/or Microsoft Excel,
GoogleDocs and/or Microsoft Word
● Preferred systems knowledge: NGP 8 or other donor database, Canva or
similar graphic design software, ActBlue
