in person or by mail without barriers, confusion, or intimidation. This year, we are working hard to elect

Democrats up and down the ballot and to regain control of the House of Representatives. Achieving this

tasks simultaneously.

Core Responsibilities:

➢ Manage systems for recruiting, training, and assigning over 1,000 poll observers and post-election

➢ Proficiency in VAN, Mobilize, and Text and Phonebanking systems.

➢ Must be able to handle high-pressure situations with empathy and grace, and work well within a

team environment.

➢ Commitment to continuous improvement, willingness to learn new skills, and a demonstrated

ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

➢ Proven time management and organizational skills.
