GOTV Program Manager

Salary: $7,000-8,500

Job Location: Philadelphia, PA

Reports to: General Election Director

President Biden’s Coordinated Campaign and the Pennsylvania Democratic Party is hiring a GOTV Manager to work with our wide-scale organizing operation in the fight for the soul of our nation.

The GOTV Manager will report to the General Election Director and plan and implement programs to build the grassroots organization necessary to persuade and mobilize voters for 2024.

In this position you will:

  • Design and execute the statewide GOTV plan in partnership with our Coordinated, Organizing, Voter Protection, Data, Training, Operations, and Coalitions leadership.

  • Oversee and plan logistics with the Operations team to ensure we have the resources prepared and necessary to win.

  • Manage a team of GOTV staffers to assist in the preparation and execution of necessary GOTV programs, including packet production, and relational organizing program.

  • Work cross-departmentally to ensure that all departments are aligned around GOTV goals, Direct Voter Contact efforts, and program needs.

  • Track and manage staging location and office preparedness for GOTV across the state.

  • Monitor and respond to all GOTV-related needs within the campaign.

  • Work cross-departmentally to ensure full integration of political, communications, and digital goals on the Organizing team;

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Strong commitment to Democratic politics and ideals and enthusiasm for electing Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Senator Bob Casey, and Democrats up and down the ballot;

  • Three cycles of organizing experience; ideally with experience in training or operations

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Willingness to manage a diverse team with different experiences and perspectives, and a commitment to helping them grow and succeed. ?

  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced, changing work environment.?

  • Ability to work long and irregular hours, including nights and weekends.?

  • A valid driver’s license and reliable motor vehicle.

This role is a full time, in person role located in Philadelphia, PA.
