Duties and Responsibilities

• Build grassroots support by reaching out to and persuading voters directly through phonebanking and other direct voter contact (DVC) tactics.
• Recruit, manage, and train a diverse team of volunteers in designated turfs across Pennsylvania.
• Help manage Scale to Win Tool for both dialer and texting functions
• Hold training and engagement events online (Zoom) to train a large-scale online community of volunteers, voters, and stakeholders on Slack to support Coordinated Campaign content through their own networks
• Engage and recruit volunteers and supporters into the online Slack community.
• Lead special projects or priority initiatives as assigned by Digital Team Leadership

Required Skills, Abilities, and Experience

• At least one cycle in a Distributed Organizing or Volunteer Training and Development role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of digital campaign tools (Scale to Win, Votebuilder, Mobilize, Reach)
• Ability to track and report data in a timely, consistent, and accurate manner.
• Familiarity with digital community management.
• Strong sense of community and culture building online
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with NGP VAN and modern voter contact and organizing tools
