Our team is seeking a Senior Associate to join the paid advertising team in our Washington, DC or New York City office. Team members in this position will have a hands-on role in crafting, executing, and measuring cutting-edge digital paid media strategies for clients ranging from political campaigns and organizations to nonprofit advocacy groups to corporations. You’ll be a great fit for this position if you are resourceful, eager to take initiative, driven by curiosity, and have a passion for learning within a fast-paced collaborative team environment.
What You Will Be Doing:
· Lead the execution of multiple paid media campaigns across a variety of platforms with little or no supervision.
· Manage daily and weekly interactions with vendor partners for each campaign and monitor performance.
· Execute of a limited set of paid media campaigns across social channels
· Set up campaigns as needed, handle trafficking, and monitor performance.
· Analyze data and produce high quality reporting.
· Articulate paid media strategy and decisions to assigned clients
· Conduct basic research and planning needed to develop client strategy.
· Assist with development of media plans and independently develop media plans for small- to mid-size client campaigns.
· Assist in new business proposals and pitches.
What We Are Looking For:
- 2+ years of professional or internship experience in paid media programming.
- Ability to see patterns in seas of data and passion for creative storytelling through digital analytics.
- If you have experience executing digital advertising campaigns in one or more of the following platforms: Google Ads, YouTube ads, Facebook ads, Snapchat Ads, LinkedIn ads, Twitter ads, or programmatic platform that would be great.
- Familiarity with standard advertising audiences in the advocacy and political space
- Some experience with conversion-focused campaigns
- A resourceful, positive attitude and an eagerness to solve problems.
- Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills – fluency with Excel a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, energetic, detail-oriented and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit.

Due to the pandemic, we required all employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19. We are currently working in a hybrid model and require staff to work in the office 50% of the time.
The salary range for this role is $62,000-80,000.
