Our team is seeking a Vice President to join our Strategic Communications team in New York, NY or Washington DC to lead in crafting and executing cutting-edge digital strategy for clients ranging from corporate leaders to advocacy groups.
What You Will Be Doing:
Client Management
- Own client relationships and manage multiple large projects and accounts; maintain strong, solutions-oriented partnerships with clients.
- Solve problems with creative solutions and bring clarity to ambiguity.
- Communicates clearly and confidently across all levels.
- Follow Precision client management process, ensuring staff have the resources and support to exceed expectations and deliver high quality work to clients.
- Execute complex projects from end-to-end with limited guidance and high-quality outputs (e.g. anticipates shifts in client direction and scope; crafts clear work plans, delegates effectively, and oversees project budgets).
- Lead pitches and presentations from brainstorm to delivery; drive organic growth by expanding client work and proposing new ideas; support firm marketing efforts.
Digital Leadership
- Leads and advances digital strategy across owned, earned and paid platforms – including platform selection, audience targeting and performance measurement for multiple clients.
- Oversee content strategy and execution, ensuring digital storytelling is grounded in audience insights, creative excellence, and consistent brand voice. .
- Translate brand, business and policy goals into compelling, multi-platform narratives that drive measurable impact.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure all content reflects both strategic intent and creative excellence.
- Define how content, data, and paid integrations connect across systems to deliver seamless digital experiences.
- Ensure that all platform executions—social, email, web, website, and emerging tools—adhere to best practices, privacy standards, and accessibility requirements.
- Lead the integration of reporting and analytics across client teams to define success metrics, extract insights, translate them into actionable recommendations, and ensure data drives strategy and storytelling. .
People Management
- Mentors senior digital and creative leads, driving consistency, innovation, and results across accounts.
- Champion cross-functional collaboration across communications, data, creative, and paid media teams to drive cohesive, high-impact outcomes. Leads effective meetings that drive results with external stakeholders and keep internal teams updated on developments (e.g. leads productive internal meetings, clearly communicates deliverables and deadlines, brings in other teams when needed).
- Lead and manage junior staff through 1:1s, goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
What We Are Looking For:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, ideally including in the corporate sector Direct client management experience. Prior agency experience a strong plus.
- Experience managing and mentoring staff.
- Experience working with multiple large clients at the same time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially about anything digital.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Creative, energetic, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit.

The salary range for this role is $135,000-170,000, commensurate on experience and level.
We are currently working in a hybrid model and require staff to work in the office 50% of working days per month.
