What You Will Do
The Data Director reports to the Executive Director of the Arizona Democratic Party. This person will manage the day-to-day voter file management of the state party, county and legislative
districts, and Democratic campaigns across the state. This role is solely responsible for administering the statewide voter file database for the Party.

Candidates should apply no later than October 31. Candidates will conduct an initial screening call, a data analysis exercise, and an interview with ADP staff.
Salary and Location
The pay for this role starts at $80,000. This is an exempt position. Office hours are 9:00 to 6:00 with extended hours required based on operational needs. This position is located in Phoenix, Arizona. This is an in-person job with occasional work from home days.
