We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Program Operations Coordinator to help keep our team organized, efficient, and running smoothly.

This role does not directly supervise team members and reports to the Chief of Staff. This is a full-time, hourly position that can be performed from anywhere in one of 13 current operating states (CO, GA, IA, IL, MI, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, TX, VA) and Washington, D.C. You must currently live in one of these states. Occasional travel is required for in-person meetings and all-staff gatherings.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Finances, Fundraising & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records of contributions, grants, and financial documents.
- Process purchase requests, expense reimbursements, and assist with budget reporting.
- Review timesheets and support financial tracking for vendor payments and the RWB store.
Systems & IT Support- Organize and maintain RWB’s Google Drive and Monday.com workspaces.
- Develop and update user manuals, training materials, and internal resources.
- Manage the Zoom Phone system and troubleshoot IT requests.
Administrative & Operations Support- Coordinate internal shipping requests and CEO travel accommodations.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items.
- Support planning and logistics for staff events and retreats.
- Assist the Chief of Staff with special projects and general team support.
Other Responsibilities- Support additional projects and duties as assigned

- Experience - This is an entry level position, though some experience in administrative, operations, finance, or office support is preferred — this could be from an internship, part-time job, or relevant coursework.

- Competitive Pay & Benefits: The starting rate for this position is $25 per hour. We take pay equity seriously and work hard to ensure our team members are paid fairly regardless of their gender, race, or other demographic backgrounds. In addition to a competitive salary, we cover 75% of employee medical, dental, and vision insurance premiums. RWB offers an up to 4% employer match on retirement plans and new employees are eligible after 90 days of employment.
