In 2024, Relentless is running a first-of-its-kind compensated relational program at scale across battleground states using Rally. This program will hire 20,000+ low turnout voters to become relational organizers in their communities and turn their friends and families out to vote. We're looking for someone creative, motivated, and the digital space to help power and scale this program.

This is a full-time, remote, and temporary position with an estimated start date of July 15th, 2024 and an end date of November 15, 2024.

A fantastic Digital Organizer is an invaluable player on the team that’s ready to step in at a moment’s notice, you enjoy switching gears and plugging in when needed. This person is someone who is patient and willing to help folks troubleshoot and find a solution. You love connecting people with the info and resources they need; you get satisfaction out of being helpful; and you are passionate about making a difference in the 2024 election. Time management is a skill you have and you know exactly when to pivot.

The Digital Organizer will report directly to the Deputy Content Director and will focus on delivering exceptional content, addressing participant inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive and smooth participant experience.

DETAILS & COMPENSATION

Location: Remote

Compensation: $5,000/month

Benefits: 100% employer-paid health and life insurance, 99% employer-paid dental and vision insurance

Schedule: Full-time through November 15, 2024

JOB DUTIES

  • Write detailed copy for external materials, such as: peer-to-peer texting scripts, voter guides, participant emails, and informational one-pagers
  • Create internal-facing guides for staff regarding tools and processes related to the program
    • Support digital team in the participant application process - this includes using our vetting process, accepting applicants, and maintaining applications
    • Research tasks as assigned – this might include: messaging trends, polling data, updates on state specific voting information, media related to candidates and ballot measures, etc
    • Assist the support team in communicating with program participants by answering inquiries and providing timely and accurate information via email, text, or online platforms
    • Administrative tasks as needed

  • Personal and professional commitment to promoting and investing in cross-cultural skills and awareness related to individuals from broad backgrounds, races, ethnicities, religions, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and disability.
  • Not required but would love to know if you have any of the below:
    • Familiarity with Canva (we love Canva!)
    • Familiarity with Peer to Peer texting platforms (Spoke, Scale to Win, Strive, etc)
    • Familiarity with ticketing software (Help Scout, Hubspot, ZenDesk)
    • Experience working with relational programs

This work will require being available nights and weekends during peak program days and as Election Day nears. The Digital Organizer should expect to be online and available six days a week from September 3rd-November 6th.
