At a time when state-based advocacy has become increasingly essential to protecting and advancing reproductive freedom, this role offers the opportunity to lead an organization with a compelling mission, an established reputation, and significant potential to deepen its influence across New England while contributing to a broader national model for reproductive equity. The President will serve as the chief executive and principal external leader of the organization, responsible for setting strategic direction, stewarding organizational health and sustainability, and advancing the mission with clarity, credibility, and vision. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the President will lead a talented and deeply committed team, guide fundraising and board engagement efforts, cultivate key relationships with policymakers, donors, coalition partners, and community stakeholders, and serve as a persuasive public voice for the organization’s work.
